Snow

Finally we have snow, and it inspired me to show the students some drawings by M.B. Goffstein. We looked the illustrations in her book Our Snowman and noticed how she used very simple flat shapes to define the figures and other subject matter in her drawings. The students worked with oil crayon on gray paper as she did.
