After studying the work of Beatrix Potter and her anthropomorphic animals, the children modeled heads and limbs from paper clay, and then painted them with water color and gouache to create a character of their own in puppet form. I designed patterns and the students chose fabric to construct the bodies. The puppets will come to life on Reflections Night in the stage that Saul made with the help of Linda Sattler who is Jonathon's mother. Thank you, Saul and Linda!!
